A. There are deed restrictions incorporated to protect the owners of Homestead Village.

Q. What are my maintenance responsibilities?

A. The exterior maintenance (snow removal, lawn care, shrub and plant care, fertilization and weed control) as well as monitoring of the security and fire systems are all being completed for a monthly fee that is currently $175.00. This assures all owners that their investment will be protected for years to come.

Q. When will the Homestead Village be ready to occupy?

A. Phase I of the Homestead Village project (38 units in buildings #1 - #10) is presently under construction. Most of the completed buildings are occupied or under contract for sale. Additional townhouses will be completed throughout 2008 with Phases II and Phase III to follow.
